Established in 2016, Lemon Says Consultancy provides Business Consultancy, with a focus on SMEs. The boutique consultancy was started as we saw a gap in the market for quality consultancy at affordable prices to companies. 


We work closely with our clients to understand their business models, strategies and growth plans. We aim to see our clients growing to the next level with the consultancy that we provide, and hopefully see them disrupt the status quo.

Founder of Lemon Says Consultancy, Lydia started the boutique consultancy when she realised that most consultants do not understand the needs of start-ups and are not in tune with the latest Government policies and programmes. More importantly, she saw a need to provide effective consultancy based on a structured and comprehensive framework such as SPRING's SME Management Action for Results (SMART) Business Diagnostics.

Lydia started her career in the Government almost a decade ago. After many years of developing business and social policies (Spring Singapore and the Ministry of Social and Family Development), Lydia fell in love with the passion and just-do spirit of innovation in the start-up world. With that she decided to take the leap to leave her comfortable life for the dynamic start-up world. With her experience from advising hundreds of companies, Lydia has since dedicated her life to helping start-ups disrupt the status quo. From Smart Home IoT solutions to Game Development to F&B chains, Lydia provides consultancy in the areas of Productivity, Branding and Marketing. She uses a variety of frameworks from Business Diagnosis, Design Thinking and Productivity methodologies. 

Lydia also provides consultancy for Social Enterprises and runs a Social Enterprise (Curious Thoughts Academy) that is focused on helping less privileged children learn to read through Phonics. She is also the author of several non-profit children's books that teaches about important social issues. Lydia is fascinated by business strategies that successfully integrates social policies and is always on the look-out for a business model that addresses social issues.

Clarissa’s interest in startups and innovation began in university  when she took up the Minor in Entrepreneurship program during  summer school and ran her own corporate gifts platform. Clarissa is an advocate of underdogs and loves to see local game changers disrupt the market filled with the big guys!

In the last three years, she has helped run many Branding and  Marketing strategies for various start-ups and companies. She was  responsible for the successful PR campaign of smart home IoT  startup, Intraix, which was featured in more than 30 publications  worldwide. She also led the company’s first ever global  crowdfunding campaign for the launch of its consumer product.

Clarissa is also well-acquainted with the insurance industry as she  spent a year in the Direct Marketing department in Chubb  Insurance Singapore. During her time in Chubb, she was  responsible for managing accounts worth $1.5 million annually and  sealed 2 contracts with new corporate partners.

Clarissa is Google Analytics, Adwords & Hubspot Certified.
